What Will MasterType Accounting & Business Services, P.C. do?
Schedule one of our expert instructors to train your group.
Arrange airfare, hotel lodging, and rental car reservations for the instructor.
Provide an electronic certificate of attendance (PDF) for each attendee.
Provide a laptop computer and projector for our instructor.
Provide a seminar discount order form to each attendee - with significant discounts on many QuickBooks resource products.
What Does my Firm Need To Do?
Book the meeting room - we recommend seating 2 people per 6 foot table.
Arrange for the proper audio/visual equipment to be available. (Microphone for more than 20 people, large screen, internet access may be required depending on your topic selection).
Arrange for any food and beverages to be provided for attendees.
Handle the attendee registration process.
Select topics from our materials (we will provide a suggested agenda, which you can modify to fit your group's needs).
Let us know how many will be attending.
Your firm is responsible for the meeting location set up and expense, speaker travel expenses, speaker hotel lodging, meals, and transportation as an additional cost of the seminar.
Can We Make Changes to the Proposed Agenda?
You may edit the suggested agenda to meet your needs. If some topics don't apply to you, feel free to take out unwanted material. We may continue to provide those topics in the written workbook. If there is a topic not listed on the proposed agenda, please let us know so that we can accommodate that topic in the training. There may be an additional fee for that material if required in printed format.
What is the Payment Process?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a company check. A down payment of 50% of the speaker fee will be required to schedule an In-House seminar. The rest of the In-House seminar payment will be due on the day of the seminar.
What is the Refund / Cancellation Policy for In-House Seminars?
Refunds will be made if cancellation request is received in writing 10 business days prior to seminar (minus $75.00 cancellation fee). Client will also be responsible for airfare or any other non-refundable travel expenses.
What Topics Will the In-House Training Cover?
It depends on what level of training your firm is interested in. We offer: "QuickBooks Fundmentals", "Intermediate QuickBooks" and "QuickBooks Consultant's Workshop" topics. (Often firms have two levels of attendees: Accountants, Bookkeepers (and clients) new to QuickBooks, and accountants who know QuickBooks quite well. We can provide one day of training for each group using two separate books).

We'll discuss the topics you require and make a tentative date for your In-House training.
Pay a 50% down payment for seminar - your date is finalized once we receive your deposit.
We will begin to work together to customize the topics for your seminar.
